In Greene County magistrate court Jeffrey D. Sprague of Jefferson was found guilty at a trial July 17 of harassment- third degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $297.36.
A judgment was entered against Marry Jone Eh of Des Moines on a charge of trespass- casino self-exclusion. She was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Ashley Michelle Augustine of Redfield, trespass- casino self-exclusion; Anthony Dale Frey of Madrid, violation of a no contact order; Kelsi Elizabeth Gross of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault- first offense; and Drew Aaron Cavener of Panora, public intoxication.
